Not many IT Consultancies will carry out the work and installations of services that they offer. However, we do. This way we know your entire IT stragergy from start to finish.

We tend to work in the background of your business to have the least disruption and will isolate our work to outside of business hours. Our clients have always found this method very reassuring as their businesses never have downtime.

Our working method is as follows:

* We receive as request to support or quote for your new project
* Since we already are a wholesaler of many services and products we will quote on many factors
* We only reccomend HP Hardware due to warranties and quality build**
* We will contact you and make an assessment of what you need or what may be the most cost effective solution for you.
* In many cases we host the product or services for you so you don’t need to buy additional hardware.
* We will email you our contacts for a signiture and once returned we will agree on a Service Level Agreement (SLA)
* If hardware is needed we will do running around for you. **However, we only use HP Hardware for more than 10 reasons and many of our clients see the benefits of instant remote support should a server fail or 3 hour business day response of server component replacements or fixes by HP themselves.
* We order your hardware and will configure them before delivery to you, to your exact specification.
* Once delivered to your office(s) we will schedule a weekend** (This gives us more time to test all systems before the following Business Day) to complete work and install our support aids for instant support on your infrastructure.
