Implementing EPDQ integrations are indeed difficult for those who are not developers and/or developers with a limited capability. However, Many of our customers have actually been developers themselves.
What does our Product do?
Our ePDQ product will help you to connect to the ePDQ services as soon as you enter your connection details, i.e. username, password and store number. Once you have connected, you simply just have to pass the card details, address details and the amounts you have agreed with your customer to be debited from their card.
What support will I recieve?
We will help you from start to finish with your implementation at no additional cost. However, we do reserve the right to charge if we should have to spend more than 30mins implementing your store. We will not support any modification to the EPDQ product directly. We will support you fully and our dedicated support team will respond to you as soon as they become available.
Can you develop my entire store?
Yes. We can implement your entire EPDQ MPI store. Please email epdq@quebix.co.uk for quotations.
When I purchase your EPDQ MPI PHP class will I recieve it instantly.
Yes. However, there are many factors that can delay your purchase. Such factors may incude:
1) Incorrect Address the card has been registered to
2) Incorrect Entry of data
3) Insufficent funds available in your account.
